A special message by Qudwatul Awliya Shaykh-ul-Mashaikh Sayyiduna Tahir Alauddin Al-Qadri Al-Gillani Al-Baghdadi (R.A.) to the Ulema, Mashaikh, and Affiliates of the Qadiriyyah Order:
Many individuals in Pakistan have become my disciples and have received the Khilafah (spiritual deputation) from me. The Khilafah I have granted is for promoting piety, the propagation of Islam, and the reformation among Muslims. I do not endorse or engage in the excommunication (takfir) of any organization or group.
Therefore, I urge all Ulema and Mashaikh to serve Islam both outwardly and inwardly and adopt piety. Purify your hearts from envy and malice, and refrain from harboring grudges and hostility. Avoid creating discord among your peers and do not engage in the defamation or excommunication of other Mashaikh and scholars, as such acts are extremely harmful.
We are very satisfied with the work of Idara Minhaj-ul-Quran. It is serving the Qadiriyyah path and Islam on a global scale. Its services benefit both the Qadiriyyah Order and Islam. To slander this organization or accuse it of disbelief is an extremely unpleasant and harmful effort.
Anyone who harms this institution should not consider themselves part of the Qadiriyyah path, nor should they believe they are serving Islam. Rather, they are inflicting severe damage on the religion.
Hence, I request all Ulema, Mashaikh, and Brothers in Islam, especially the disciples of Hazrat Ghaus-ul-Azam (R.A.), to wholeheartedly affiliate with Idara Minhaj-ul-Quran and contribute to its noble services.
